We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to check for conflicts of interest, and, if you become a client, to provide legal services and meet our regulatory obligations.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to instructions are deleted after 12 months. Client files are kept for the period required by our professional rules.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Contact privacy@aldineward.com and we will respond within one month.
